Natalie Schwab
Vice president, office manager and wife of the president, Natalie makes sure that Mauston Tool runs as effeciently and effectively as any fortune 500 company.
"I love helping people and being in contact with everyone.  It is my goal to get to know all of you personally.  Even though we have grown tremendously over the years, I want to provide the personal attention of a family atmosphere."

Jeff Schwab
Jeff, a journeyman mold maker, has been with Mauston Tool for over 20 years.  As the Shop Manager, he is the driving force behind the impeccable delivery record at Mauston Tool. 
"Implementing the systems and keeping them in place are the greatest challenges of this position.  When the systems are in place the entire shop functions like a well-oiled machine.  It's at that time when I look around and feel the accomplishment"
