What does this mean to you?  Basiically this means that when your injection mold is run at Mauston Tool, you will be able to set the mold in your press and begin running production capable parts imediately.  No more multiple setups interupting your production schedule, no more trips back and forth to the tool shop, and ultimately less time wasted and more profits for you.
With our RJG edart system and transducers, we will run your injection mold with the decouple three process and prepare you to transfer the process to your press.  You will then be able to replicate the process in your plant..  No more guess work on the molding process.

Whether your injection mold was built at Mauston Tool, off-shore, or at another domestic shop. Mauston Tool will tryout your mold, supply parts, and supply the process for your quality and process technicians.  
  • Have a mold that needs repairs in a hurry and you need sample parts for qualification, we can sample it when the repair is finished withour wasting transportation time.
